1. Using TradeOnCourse
These terms apply when you use TradeOnCourse.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
2. A discipline tool, not financial advice
TradeOnCourse helps you record trade plans, track levels, review decisions, and explore educational scenarios. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, personalized recommendations, or brokerage services. It does not place or execute trades. You make your own trading decisions and remain responsible for them. Trading involves risk, including the loss of your entire investment.
3. Prices, alerts, and AI output
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Alerts and emails may arrive late or not arrive at all. AI-generated notes, examples, and calculations can contain errors and should be checked independently. Verify prices and orders with your broker. Do not rely on TradeOnCourse as your only source of information or as a replacement for broker orders, stop orders, or active risk management. Demo results are examples, not promises of performance.
4. Your account and acceptable use
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the service unlawfully, upload content you do not have permission to use, attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the service, or misuse its data or systems.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the trade plans, journals, and other content you submit. You allow TradeOnCourse to store and process that content as needed to provide the service, including features you choose to use. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important records. Do not upload brokerage passwords or other sensitive credentials.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten the safety of the service. Availability, uninterrupted access, data retention, and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
7. No guarantees and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available,’ without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or trading results. To the extent permitted by law, TradeOnCourse is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice on the site or by email. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
